This month at Gongcheng Greenway School, we delivered a range of engaging, educational activities for rural children, blending fun with learning. Students practiced Baduanjin, a traditional Chinese exercise promoting health, mindfulness, and cultural connection. A magic class sparked curiosity and boosted confidence through performance and teamwork. In a hands-on physics session, students built pinhole cameras, clay phones, and electric motors, making science both fun and accessible. Handicraft activities included tulip bouquets for Mother’s Day and zongzi-shaped sachets for the Dragon Boat Festival, fostering creativity and cultural appreciation.
