It’s been a productive and exciting month at the turtle conservation center, filled with daily care routines and special milestones. We conducted regular activities such as cleaning tanks, feeding turtles, and catching crabs, all essential to maintaining the health and well-being of the turtles in our care.
This month, we received 111 turtle eggs, adding to our growing conservation efforts. We also celebrated the release of 12 baby turtles and 38 adult turtles back into the ocean. A special highlight was a visit from the local government (BKSDA) and a veterinarian, who came to check on the progress of our project and the health of the turtles.
