Across the month, we contributed to vital conservation tasks including turtle feeding, tank and turtle cleaning, beach cleaning and crab catching. Notably, we also engaged in turtle release events. This is a key moment in the life cycle of rescued turtles. The participation in infrastructure efforts, such as digging sand to install a drainage pipe to the ocean and helping with general construction at the turtle center. Together we even assisted in cutting fish for turtle meals, ensuring a full-circle experience in marine care.
