April was a productive month at the Sea Turtle Conservation Project in Lombok. One of the highlights of the month was witnessing turtle hatching. In terms of conservation impact, 639 eggs arrived, and 158 eggs successfully hatched. We were also proud to release 280 baby turtles and 8 adult turtles back into the ocean.
These efforts are vital in supporting the survival of endangered sea turtles and preserving the marine ecosystem around Lombok.
