The energy of football training grows stronger in Luang Prabang as Ticky and the local coach brought together new and returning players. Early September began with gathering a fresh team. Some students had just transitioned from primary into secondary school, and younger players from the U10–U12 age group eagerly joined in. Training sessions focused on teaching the fundamentals of football, with careful instruction on positioning, passing and building confidence on the field.

By mid-month, the players were already showing more discipline and enthusiasm. Under Ticky’s guidance, the U10–U12 team trained weekly, learning basic skills while bonding through play. The joy of seeing students come together, from different backgrounds and ages, to share in sport and teamwork reflects the true spirit of this project.

Standout Stats

  • 28 total players trained across the month (16 in early September + 12 mid-September)
  • 100% retention of players transitioning from primary into secondary school, ensuring program continuity
  • 2 structured groups (U10–U12 and early secondary) coached weekly in football skills
