This month at the Mangrove Rehabilitation Project in the Philippines, the team made significant strides in restoring coastal ecosystems and engaging the local community. A total of 1,950 mangrove propagules were collected and planted across 1,100 square meters of degraded coastal land. We visited the mangrove areas multiple times each week to gather and plant propagules, helping to stabilize shorelines, protect marine habitats, and boost biodiversity. The team visited local schools to teach children about proper waste management and the importance of caring for nature.
