In the coastal village of Tigman, restoration meets education in a big way. Over the past month, we have planted an impressive 8,115 mangrove propagules across 4,450 square metres of shoreline despite a typhoon! From collecting seedlings to painting eco murals, teaching about the greenhouse effect and even helping plant tomatoes at a local farm, this program blends hands-on conservation with creative community outreach. Nature’s classroom is alive and thriving here.
