April was a month full of fun, learning, and teamwork at Siem Reap Greenway School. Students kicked off the month by cleaning the school garden, picking up trash, watering flowers, and tidying the grounds. They also enjoyed a yoga for kids session, learning simple poses and understanding how yoga supports both body and mind.
We kept the energy high with a friendly football game, encouraging teamwork and movement. In celebration of the Khmer New Year, students played traditional games, danced, and shared delicious food and fruit—bringing the whole community together in joy. After the holiday, everyone pitched in to clean and organize the school, including trimming trees and refreshing the garden. The month ended on a proud note as students harvested Chinese cabbage they had helped grow, taking some home to enjoy with their families. It was a rewarding way to close a meaningful and active month!
